Out of the Toybox

Mudge lived within a peculiar part of town, which many would come to visit but few ever stayed.
Except for businesses.
This was more difficult recently as the larger corporations bought up the unused land to build their superstore.
Fortunately, the pickings from the pile from the back of the toy store near his little residence were becoming more frequent and useful.
Despite the patches on his clothes,
Mudge was one of the few children his age still with an imagination.
And finding the remains of one toy; with the torso of another meant a challenge to assemble.
This also added another type of escape.
